Adding Common Observations

Common Observations enable you to quickly record data without having to select a clinical term.

To record an observation:

1. Select a patient. See - Searching for a Patient.
2. Open an Encounter.  See - nOpening an Encounter.
3. Select the Add button to activate the dynamic data entry bar.

4. A single letter triggers the data entry form.

   

   Note - Adding a numeric value eg 120/80 for a blood pressure also triggers the entry form.
5. Tap Save to save your entry.
6. Close your encounter.
